Description

The number of men with a mental health issue is growing at an astonishing rate. Researchers estimate at least six million men experience depression each year in the United States.

Men are also more likely to struggle with substance abuse, addiction, and die by suicide than women.

It is now being called a silent crisis because of the low percentage of men reaching out for help or receiving the treatment they need.

In this episode, Jordan and Ashley are diving in deeper on men's mental health — the stigma related to it, symptoms to look for, and how we can improve support in this space.
