In this special episode of the show, Krista interviews her friend and favorite singer-songwriter, Trevor Hall, whose new album In And Through The Body, was released on the 25th of September. Trevor talks about the joy he experienced during the long and complex process of creating and recording the album. He then explains how its focus on his personal experiences, rather than on abstract or spiritual ideals, marks something of a departure from his previous work. He tells Krista that the album is an exploration of his own humanity and expresses his hope that it will inspire joy in those who listen to it and encourage them to reflect on their own lives. Trevor also talks about how social media can skew our sense of reality and he describes how he tries to distance himself from both the praise and the criticism he receives online.
