Description

Learning how to forgive someone is one of the most misunderstood parts of personal growth. Many women avoid forgiveness because they believe it means excusing harm, reopening old wounds, or reconnecting with people who hurt them. That isn’t what forgiveness actually is and it’s not how I teach it. In this episode, I’m sharing what forgiveness really looks like through the lens of emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and energetic release. Forgiveness isn’t about minimizing your experience or forcing closure. It’s about reclaiming your energy, releasing resentment, and freeing yourself from carrying the weight of the past.
