On the one hand, there are the media and the chat gpt that promise us a blocked horizon for housing in France in 2023, on the other hand, our realities, diverse, that push us to seek solutions with great agility, by ourselves, without waiting for the economic situation so difficult to improve. Apart from the dream of living in Hobbiton, what can architecture bring to all this?
