After four years of renovation work by Atelier Ferret Architectures and Chatillon Architectes, Royan's Palais des Congrès reopened its doors this summer.
In addition to this remarkable restoration, the project also saw the installation of a Centre d'Interprétation de l'Architecture et du Patrimoine (CIAP) on the ground floor, giving the town of Royan a space dedicated to promoting the region's extraordinary architectural heritage.
In this Com d'Archi, we invite you to discover all the secrets behind this exemplary renovation, which includes elements designed by the great Jean Prouvé, at the heart of the architecture originally designed by Claude Ferret.
