Tom Reed and Andy Roberts are joined by Cobblers goalscoring legend Steve Massey for another Bootroom Special.
This is an evocative walk down memory lane to the 1982/83 season in which Massey lit up the County Ground with his flamboyant blonde hair style and 25 goal tally.
There's talk of life lodging in the town and at playing at the County Ground plus that FA Cup tie with European Champion Aston Villa where Mark Walters turned the game with a moment of magic.
Steve had a varied career away from the Cobblers which took in a debut at 16 at Stockport and becoming the all time European top scorer with Wrexham, something he recalls with pride.
