The pressure that comes with figuring out what we want to do, particularly for young people, is so overwhelming and if those feelings aren’t addressed in the right ways, it can lead to self-doubt, lack of trust in our own abilities, and can even alter our perception towards ourselves. Fortunately, these pressing questions don’t have to be answered all at once, despite how it may feel. There are so many pathways out there for those who didn’t fit into academic systems or traditional workspaces and it’s so important that we bring these to the forefront.
