What does mindfulness look like to you? 

For a lot of us, dedicating time to this practice comes with its obstacles and the idea behind quieting our minds can even prove to be more challenging than relaxing. Joining me today is someone with an abundance of expertise on this topic, Jess Lipman! Jess is the Founder of ‘The Mindful Nest’, a community-oriented training institute devoted to integrating mindfulness into the everyday lives of its attendees.  

Having immersed herself within this practice for over fifteen years, it was only within the last few that Jess was inspired to pursue a career in this industry. Throughout her time undergoing recovery for substance abuse and maintaining sobriety for four years, she discovered the genuine effects that mindfulness had on her health holistically. It was through this realization that Jess knew she needed to use this tool as a way of helping others to live more fulfilled, aligned, and joyful lives.
