A framework called the Regulatory Readiness Index assigns network marketing organisations a composite compliance score based on four domains: claims made by products/distributors, clarity of refund/return policies, data and consent management, and subscription-autoship practices. Each domain is scored and combined into an overall readiness number. This helps leadership decide whether to launch campaigns, markets or programs. The Regulatory Readiness Index include translating policies into measurable indicators, using benchmark charts to highlight risks, and implementing monthly reporting with governance.
