Description

In episode 24, Kevin talks about starting out on bodybuilding.com and going from powerlifting to bodybuilding and what brought him back to strength sports. He also discusses why he dislikes training squats and deadlifts but still wants to perform in squat, bench and deadlift meets. When he started to utilise his bench press arch and how he's been able to keep it up and why he focuses heavily on warming up, activation and getting his body ready moving into the session. Kevin also discusses meditation and mental health and why he uses meditation to to keep his health, stress and business in check.
