The story that Stuart shares with us today has only been breaking for the past month, but has been ongoing for nearly twenty years. Victor Monteiro was "Southern California's Youth Pastor" for many years, and suddenly shrank to obscurity (a few years back) until he was picked up for his crimes against humanity on July 27th, 2018.
Today we're going over the some of his victim's stories as well as instructions on how to protect your children from predators.
