We’re back! And so is lockdown! After having a brief summer holiday from the pandemic, where we didn’t think about Covid-19 for – oooh – at least 5 minutes, and we were Eating Out to Help Out, it turns out that it was just a brief intermission before the Return Of The Virus. 😱

The second wave of coronavirus is here, and it’s stressing us all out. Without the panicked, emergency coping of clapping for carers and baking sourdough, how on earth are we supposed to face the next bleak six months and look after our mental health?

We’re here to help. We’re writer Becky Howard and psychotherapist Lucy Clyde, and in this first episode of the second series of How To Cope, we’ll share what the summer of (relative) freedom taught us, the lessons we’ve learned from the first time around of lockdown, and how we’ll be distracting ourselves this time…
