10 (of the MANY) signs you're not treating your business as seriously as you should:

1. second-guessing everything you think, feel, say or do
2. negotiating on your prices or lowing your prices
3. showing up & marketing only when you feel inspired, creative or excited
4. focus more on outward/external validation
5. not investing wisely into the support you need to get you to the next level
6. focusing only on your actions and not spending time managing your thoughts & feelings
7. not setting goals, setting super "realistic" goals or changing the goal before you even reach it
8. changing your niche, your ideal client, you offer, your pricing, etc. as often as you change your underwear ;)
9. crowdsourcing your business/getting advice from everyone and anyone instead of trusting yourself (or your coach)
10. not setting solid working hours & boundaries and spending WAY too much of that time behind the scenes

And of course, I'll leave you with 10 (of the MANY) signs you have truly stepped into your role as a SUCCESSFUL CEO:

1. You know your worth and your value and you share confidently how you can help (your ideal clients) any chance you get
2. You set BIG goals and create a SIMPLE PLAN to get you there...but don't make the goal (or not hitting the goal) mean anything about YOU
3. Focus daily on the internal things: managing your thoughts, emotions/energy and focus LESS on the external things
4. Set firm working hours & boundaries and STICK TO THEM
5. Have a plan. Follow it. Stick to it. Work it until it works. Evaluate & shift ONLY IF NECESSARY.
6. Focus your time on money-making activities and not on all the stuff that a talented VA could be doing for you.
7. Invest wisely (in coaching/team support, resources, etc.) into your brain & your business because you know that's paramount to success
8. TRUST YOURSELF & THE PROCESS
9. Care MORE about service than you do SALES...because you know that the first creates the second.
10. Understands and fully embraces the need for rest, time off, ME time, Family time, etc and doesn't put their business on a pedestal

When making these shifts from the first list to the second list, it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

It will change your business.

You will feel better. More peaceful. More joyful. More secure. More confident, focused, excited, and happy.

You will make more money...but it won't feel harder.

In fact, you will likely spend a lot LESS time working than you did when you *weren't* treating yourself and showing up as a true CEO.
