- A chore chart is a form of boundaries
- Being intentional with your time
- Unplug for lunch
- Batch your work
- Schedule that time with your child or your spouse
- People need to be vulnerable and then work through it together
- It’s okay to be sad about something but set a boundary for how long you will allow yourself to be in that situation
- We can't change people, but we can change how we react to them
- Operate from a place of love and forgiveness
