This week, in observance of Noir-vember, I unpack Film Noir with my guest, Mike Caravella... or do we? Is it a film genre, an artistic movement, a motif? We try to wipe some of the dust off this old conversation, probably not very successfully BUT we do discuss some solid and not so solid examples. And, PLOT TWIST is Terminator 2 a Film Noir?
Oh and at some point we struggle to recall a movie about the IRA from the guy who made The Third Man and it's Odd Man Out by Carol Reed. Don't get annoyed when we can't remember things we're on a podcast to discuss, that's ageist of you.
