Prior to becoming a certified coach, Amy Young held executive positions at CBS Television and Google where she specialized in television strategy, business development, sales and partnerships. Amy spent over 15 years commuting in and out of New York City, working with some really awesome people and doing some cool jobs. In those 15 years of corporate experience, she learned that it is the people you work with and the values and mission of the team and organization that drive stellar performances. Amy has been able to combine her corporate experience and coaching expertise to support and facilitate personal and team growth at global powerhouses like Google and Oxford University and start-ups like Princeton Mortgage, but also in intimate venues, like living rooms, coffee houses and zoom chats.
