- Based in Toronto, Canada, Glow Sleep Services uses an approach that enables clients to explore and determine the root of sleep challenges. Julia’s focus is on the long-term changes and specialises in supporting the improving of sleep and reducing anxiety.
- Julia is a registered social worker and specializes in sleep issues in conjunction with mental health issues, developmental delays and sleep disorders.
- Glow Sleep provides a range from sleep education, CBT, consultation and helping build sleep foundations.
