In this episode Joe and Pat look at ways in which democracy can further embrace digital to drive decentralisation to allow for more participation and representation in governance from the get go. The two take inspiration from a previous BaU episode 'The Questioner' with Stefaan Verhulst aka Mr Data and a project that came out of The GovLab, titled The 100 Questions Initiative. They explore how you can encourage digital citizenship without failing into the same traps of todays top down representative approach filled with sausages and sticks.
