This week Annie is inspired by the ABC special 'Brazen Hussies' and tells the story of Beatrice Faust who founded the Women's Electoral Lobby (WEL) and worked tirelessly advocating for women’s rights and equality in government as well as fighting for women's rights in regards to abortion laws. She made an unprecedented contribution putting women rights on the political agenda and influencing policies in the 1972 election!
