Description

Last Sunday was Mother’s Day, a special day to celebrate all the hard-working mamasitas out there. Being a mother is the most rewarding, but let’s admit it, also the most difficult job in the world. Our kids are the joys of our lives, but we need to be honest with ourselves and accept that sometimes joys are accompanied also by downsides. We can feel tired, stressed out, sad, or even resentful toward others or ourselves. This is why we need to learn to let go and embrace everything life pushes in our direction.

Today I want to talk to you about forgiveness. Forgiveness is not easy. There is not a switch that we can turn on or off and magically say “I forgive you”. Forgiveness is more a process of introspection and acceptance. We need to look inside ourselves, accept our resentment and consciously decide to let it go. Years ago I came across a powerful Hawaiian prayer called “Hoʻoponopono prayer” that gave me a way to easily do this introspective process and forgive.

Are you feeling resentful toward someone and you don’t know what to do? Are you having trouble forgiving yourslef for something you have done, said, or thought? Do you want to learn a trustworthy way to forgive and let things go? Then you came across this episode for a reason. Tune on to find out how a simple prayer made of just 4 easy steps can change your life for good and finally embrace your life.
