Description

Apps like Instagram and Facebook allow users to promote and sell their productions to thousands of other users without leaving the house. This is a great opportunity, but it can be nerve-wracking for many people because the competition is very high. Thoughts like, "my product is not good" and "I am not as creative as my competitors" could be potentially paralyzing. The truth is that even if you have a lot of competitors, your product will always be unique because of your personal touch and creativity, which will eventually sell.

Today's guest, Maria Karina Hildago, will tell us how in the middle of the Covid Pandemic, she believed in her creativity and started a successful charcuterie business receiving the help and support of fellow creatives and even competitors.

Maria Karina Hidalgo is the owner of Boards by MK, a successful charcuterie business based in Los Angeles. After a long and rewarding career in accounting both for private companies and the state of California, Karina decided she wanted to transform her passion for charcuterie boards into a side business. This is how last February, Boards by MK was finally born. Karina's business is mainly done through social media and grows daily.
