I am joined today by an amazing friend of mine, Vera Jimenez. Vera is a Senior Meteorologist at KTLA Los Angeles. She is also a real estate investor, healthy living advocate, business mentor, and traffic reporter. Vera was born in Mexico and is a prime example of a badass Latina making the most out of life!
Vera has 20 years of experience in front of the camera and has mastered the habits to look, feel, and perform her best on TV. She teaches others how to age gracefully and take care of themselves, because physical and mental health go hand in hand. Vera believes we can all flourish by being good to ourselves, our community, and our planet.
