I am joined today by my dear friend and mentor, Nora Guerra, who is an inspiration to all Amigas out there. As a Mexican immigrant, Nora knew what she wanted to do from the time she was 15 when she had to help her mother negotiate for their mortgage in English. Nora has had an exceptionally successful mortgage career in finance, sales, and operational management for 22 years and has recently landed her dream position as a National Affordable Lending Manager at Freddie Mac.
Nora’s dedication to making a difference in her community makes it a no-brainer that she was voted 2020 Latina of Influence for Hispanic Lifestyle Magazine. In this episode, Nora and I dive into her background, the importance of self-love, and how to build your own support system.
