This week's podcast is with Steve 'Jorg' Wilkins, who I first worked with when I was a young marine. After 24 years in the Royal Marines, Steve found the transition into civilian life difficult and shorty afterwards was diagnosed with PTSD/PTSI. After reaching out and getting the help he needed, he made the decision to retrain as a therapist and help not only veterans but anyone who is struggling with their mental health.
