When you respond to situations in your life, do you tend to fight, fight, or feel?
In this episode, the Fab 5 talk about the well-known phrase ‘fight or flight’ but have added another word - feel. While we have been told that it’s either/or, you can feel all of these emotions in one situation. Our responses are based on how we’ve learned, what we’ve experienced, and the patterns of our environment. ‘Fight or flight’ is the typical description of ways to respond to situations but there are a few more words that the Fab 5 feel should be added to the mix. Throughout this episode we talk about what it means to respond through fight, flight, feel, freeze, or free.
