How do you define happiness in your life? While you may think happiness means being ‘smiley’ or giddy all day long, it’s actually about feeling content and satisfied within your life. 

In this episode, the Fab 5 are talking about raising your happiness quotient. Most people who define happiness as being over-positive and always in a good mood tend to avoid coming to terms with their true feelings, which is not true happiness. It’s not always about feeling happy, it’s about allowing yourself to find out what happiness is for you. We have control over our happiness and it’s time you give ourselves some grace to feel all of our feelings and choose to be happy.
