Whether the monkey bullshit is in your career, relationship, or self-confidence, it can be hard to face. Think of all the times that you have made assumptions about what other people think of you. Now ask yourself, how much of that do you know is true? What opportunities did you miss out on or diminish your value, because you didn’t just face the bullshit assumptions? Stop assuming and ask questions!
