Unexpectedly finding himself as a truck driver with the Mercedes F1 team, to then working with Schumacher and Rosberg, Ivor Bourne ultimately became right hand man to Lewis Hamilton, guiding his integration into the team during those early days in 2013. Now supporting young driver talent from a wide pool globally onto the racing ladder, Ivor’s business allows him to share those winning insights learnt from his experience with multiple world champions.
