Jann Mardenborough's unorthodox entry into the world of motorsport saw him beat 90,000 entrants internationally on PlayStation, to win the 2011 GT Academy, which became his gateway to a career as a professional racing driver. Now based in Toyko, the British gamer-turned-racer has spent the last five seasons competing in the Japanese Super GT. In his short career he has already amassed experience in a number of categories including both sports cars and single seaters, and was even signed to the Red Bull driver development programme in 2014. In this episode, hear how if given the chance, Jann would inspire a new generation of drivers and workforce into the sport.
