Today we venture to the hip hop city of Copenhagen, Denmark and the medieval fortress of Malmo, Sweden.
I talk through the Nyhavn canal tour, visiting Rosenburg castle, Tivoli gardens and all the yummy food bits. We also venture to Malmo and get a taste of Sweden.
We also look at my work with the bees this week as well as farm visits and sauna benefits in winter.
