This week we arrive in Taiwan, an island super diverse that is covered in mountains and over 50% forest cover, amazing eh!
We explore tea plantations, river canyons, the tri-colour pacific ocean, geoparks, waterfalls and loads of food tastings, including plenty of matcha.
I also talk about the bees, the process of honey extraction and my delicious vegetable boxes that I am so glad to share with you all.
