We talk about navigating body image issues, many of which in Brooke’s case, started early during early childhood, as well as how that contributes to self worth, our relationship with food and so much more. Brooke talks about how food was her friend, the type of friend that she could always count on, especially as she went through many of the struggles of her early childhood and her college years. We discuss also how that impacted how she looked at food and, of course, how she looked at her own body and her sense of self worth.
