Josh & Foard sit down (Via Zoom) with Two time Grand Slam winner and British & Irish Lion James Hook to talk about growing up in Port Talbot, his stellar playing career covering his time at Neath, the Ospreys, his French experience with Perpignan and his spell at Gloucester. The boys discuss James's international career covering his experiences with the Welsh side, the 2009 British & Irish Lions Tour and that semi final at Eden Park. Finishing up with hearing about what James has been up to since hanging up the boots which includes his venture into coaching, writing a series of children's rugby books and launching a coffee brand with the "Fab Four".
