Gretchen Carlson, a former Fox News host, says it took all the courage she had to make a sexual harassment complaint against Roger Ailes, the then powerful CEO and chairman of Fox News in 2016.

She took on the giants, receiving a multi-million dollar payout, but most importantly, a public apology.

Her story has gone on to be depicted by Nicole Kidman -- and Gretchen has also started an organisation Lift Our Voices, looking to enable more women to speak out about what they experienced, especially after being gagged by nondisclosure agreements.

“The people who don’t have the national platform and the resources that I have. That’s why I’m doing all this work, because it’s a pervasive epidemic of silencing people.”

She shares what she knows about courage with host Kate Mills and how things can change so we can end sexual harassment for good.

The Leadership Lessons is made possible thanks to the excellent support of Salesforce. It's produced by Allison Ho and Agenda Media, publisher of Women's Agenda.
