Hello, Im Craig and welcome to another episode of Football Kit Memories - the football podcast that gets under the shirt.
Today I meet John Walker, host and creator of the excellent Scots Abroad Podcast.
Recorded just before the Euro 2020 squad announcement we talk Scotland and the reasons why John set up his podcast in order to track the growing number of Scottish footballers, as well as other interesting Caledonians doing their thing abroad. We also cover his other podcast the Trampled Bet and I find out about his ambition to become a professional football coach.
Later I asked John to pick three football shirts and tell me a little bit about what they mean to him. We put club differences aside as we discuss John’s side Rangers, the World Cup in France 98 and we finish with a double winning Arsenal shirt worn by his hero Freddie Ljungberg.
