Description

We decided it would be a fun challenge to go vegan for a week! Despite both of us eating a predominately plant based diet, Bari loves her eggs and Sophie loves her Greek yoghurt. We discuss the challenges we faced, what we enjoyed, what we learnt and what we want to change about our diets moving forward.

Plant based diets have been associated with so many different health benefits not only in regards to health but for the planet too.

If you want to explore a vegan diet, The Vegan Society have some excellent resources https://www.vegansociety.com
