This week's pick needs no introduction, but we will give you one anyway. Another of Justin Hemme’s masterpieces Totti’s opened in late 2018 on Bondi Road connected to the Royal and has become one of Sydney’s most loved venues ever since. Think casual Italian eatery with a hint of Bondi snobbiness. This menu, like most of the guests, is dressed to impressed starting with the famous wood fire bread followed by antipasto and finishing with a delicious array of pasta and wine.
