Danny and I talk about how music has always been a pillar in his life, the inspiration behind his lyrics, and why music is so incredibly important in the world.
Music is important. There is something so indescribably powerful about music that we turn to it in moments of joy, sadness, anger, excitement, and every other emotion. The beauty of impactful songs is that we can listen to them and be transported back to the feeling that we felt when it first resonated with us. Using music as a way to describe how we are feeling, a way to feel something deeper, and sharing a feeling with others is a tool we can all appreciate even if we aren’t naturally gifted musicians.
