*NOTE* - For information regarding coronavirus vaccines, please refer to expert clinical advice. As this was recorded on 7th December 2020, the comment made on the Oxford vaccine was made prior to it being approved.

Today's guest is Simon Elmore, Transplant Sport Kids & Teens Coordinator and winner of multiple medals at the British, European and World Transplant Games. Simon's story is inspirational and one that has had many twists and turns along the way. We had a deep and open chat about the struggles faced when being diagnosed with a chronic illness, the traumatic times Simon has faced in his life and the incredible impact Transplant Sport had and continues to have on turning his life around. The importance of looking after your mental health is a running theme throughout this.

I thoroughly urge everyone to listen to this, whether you've had a transplant or have a chronic illness or not, as I think you will learn something from Simon's inspirational story just like I did.
