My guest for this episode is Kenneth Carroll, Founder & MD @ Carroll Food Services Ltd. For fifty years, the Carroll name has been synonymous with excellence in Irish Catering. Between 1967 and 1993, John D. Carroll (Kenneths Father) provided services at over fifty locations, with many well-known clients serving in excess of 8,000 meals per day.

Carroll Food Services Limited was then launched in 1994 by Kenneth Carroll to continue his family’s tradition of service in this highly specialised sector of the catering industry, and has grown to be one of the largest independent Contract Catering companies in the country.
