Felix Velarde is a digital pioneer and serial agency founder. He started one of the world’s first web agencies in 1994 and went on to be CEO of a series of groundbreaking agencies and an agency group. In 2015 he started the 2Y3X® Programme, which scales market-leading agencies and is now in the UK, Middle East, Africa, USA and Canada. Velarde is a former adjunct professor at Hult Business School.
