Mental Health and You is back after a short summer break.
In this episode Psychotherapist Linda Brindle and Clinical Psychologist Hope Westgate are joined by our Youth Team's Assistant Psychologist Olivia and 16 year-old Ethan who has recently worked with the team to improve his sleep.
They discuss how to get a better nights sleep and what to avoid in order to get a good sleep.
Whilst this episode is delivered to you by our Psychology in Schools team much of the guidance discussed within can be applied by adults also.
