This week’s podcast comes from NSFT research. If you’ve ever wondered what trauma is, how PTSD affects children or how many children suffer from this - then UEA professor of clinical psychology Richard Meiser-Stedman gives a brilliant explanation of these subjects. Richard goes on to explain how he is hoping to make a difference in this area through a research study called DECRYPT which helps young people from 8-17 who have PTSD which is related to more than one traumatic experience.
