Description

Survivor Tess details her life growing up in a family where domestic abuse was the norm. From losing her biological father to suicide at a young age, to being a dependent on her Mother who entered numerous abusive relationships in her formative years. Tess discusses what it was like to live in an abuse household, the impacts this has had on her long and short term, and how she has now re-evaluated her circumstances growing up as she has had children of her own.

Thank you Tess for coming on and sharing your story - its an incredibly important item to discuss, as the children in abusive households are often forgotten as victims.
