In this episode of Reclaim Me, Heather details her experience in a controlling and abusive relationship.
Throughout this relationship Heather and her abuser developed a dependency on marijuana, and finally separated after over two years together.
Following the relationship ending, her abusers controlling behaviours were spiked, and his obsession intensified. With a history of mental illness, the ending if a relationship, among many external factors - he chose to hurt Heather one last time as much as he possibly could.
