Myth #4: Drinking water can help you lose weight
OK, maybe if you drink a few glasses before a meal, you’ll eat less[1] but that’s not the case for everyone[2], although obviously if water is replacing a sugar-rich fizzy drink then sure, you’ll be taking in fewer calories.
