Brought up in a family where cooking and sharing food was a big part of family life, Troy learned to cook from an early age. What began as sharing food with friends, grew quickly into Juici Jerk a Caribbean food business in South London. As. result of the pandemic the business changed and began to offer cook at home meal kits nationally, allowing people well outside their South London circle to experience authentic Caribbean flavours, drinks and to share that with their friends and family. Troy talks about who has helped and influenced them, and about his desire to encourage and give confidence and support to other young Black business owners to start and grow businesses, about what he has learned so far and what he would tell others to do early on in their business journey . A great insight into a developing young business....
