I am so excited today to welcome Kalin Sheick of Sweetwater Floral in Petoskey, Michigan to the podcast today. You know I am all about the veggies around here, but I also don't think any veggie patch is complete without flowers! I have learned so much from Kalin over the last few years and she is always inspiring me with her designs and approach to life. So I was so happy to sit down and talk since we haven't seen each other to discuss life in quite a while! Really since this dinner a few springs back. Crazy!!! So you can listen to our podcast here.
To get to know Kalin a little more before we jump into our interview, Kalin is an award-winning floral designer based in Northern Michigan. She + her team flower for an average of 60 weddings a summer from their home studio in Petoskey. She is passionate about teaching people the joy flowers can bring into their lives through varied outlets. Whether growing a small garden, arranging at home with a Sweetwater Collection, or attending a workshop - learning to work with flowers for fun is the ultimate form of self-care. When she's not flowering she lives at a tiny 10-acre dream farm with her husband, kids, dogs & a lot of unpicked weeds. Let's jump in and hear more from her today!
If you loved this learning from Kalin today make sure you follow along with what she does and offers. She is such a delight. So check out the links below for more info!
