Two lifelong Aston Villa fans take a light-hearted look at the highs & lows of supporting the world's best football team.
Recently appointed Villa manager Steven Gerrard experienced his first loss with the club in a 2-1 defeat to Manchester City. Pep Guardiola's side were impressive from the outset and scored an incredible team goal through Bernardo Silva, but Villa fought back impressively in the second-half.
Villa's overall display filled both George and Frankie with optimism. They have high praise for the midfield, especially Douglas Luiz, and credit Ollie Watkins for giving City's defence a tough night.
They also address Jack Grealish's mixed reaction on his return to Villa Park.
In the 'Spicy Question' feature, George & Frankie give their thoughts on what they would realistically like to see Gerrard achieve at Villa. Wouldn't finally winning a cup be a brilliant thing?
We also look ahead to Sunday's game at Villa Park against Leicester City in a match which reunites Gerrard with his old Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers. Frankie and George both believe Leicester can be beaten, especially in light of their poor defence of set pieces. James Maddison is in good form, though, and it might fall on the ever improving Marvelous Nakamba to keep him quiet.
