This week we’ve been kicking on a little harder than we should have so thank goodness we had our new pal Maxine Scheckter from Sugar Flour to pick up the slack. She took us on a journey from her training in Paris all the way through to setting up her own patisserie in Wellington and how that has evolved since it's opening. We also touched on struggles with mental health in the hospitality industry and her amazing new couch.
